The Games Barn is a beautifully converted piggery — open plan, with modern polished concrete floors and underfloor heating throughout. A separate building from the main house, it gives guests an extra space to spread out, play, and relax.
Laundry & Kitchenette
Everything you need for a comfortable extended stay: ironing board and iron, mini fridge, water ionizer, washing machine and dryer, and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee runs without going back to the main house.
Games Room
The main event — a generous open-plan space with TV and lounge seating, a games table, and table tennis. French doors open directly onto the pond and grounds, with an outdoor patio for taking the fun outside on warmer days.
Bathroom
A walk-in wet room with a generous rain shower head, traditional toilet, and old-fashioned sink and taps. Practical and characterful — in keeping with the barn's mix of modern and rustic.
